The Kuria Secret

Kuria are 56 feline-like statuettes hidden throughout Grineer levels. Scanning all of them using a Synthesis Scanner—aided by radar mods—unlocks cosmetic rewards (emblems, a sigil, and an Orbiter decoration) as well as a 14-verses poem detailing the birth and rise to power of the two Grineer Queens.

Kuria are 56 small copper figurines resembling cats, hidden throughout Grineer tilesets in the game (primarily in Galleons, the Gateways on Venus/Mars, and the underwater laboratories on Uranus). Finding them all is more than just a challenge for collectors: completing the search unlocks the Kuria Poem, a 14-verses composition that reveals the history and origins of the Grineer Queens. How to find them: essential tools Searching for Kuria requires patience, as Warframe levels are procedurally generated. Some rooms appear only rarely, so you may need to repeat the same mission until the map containing the specific Kuria you are missing finally shows up. Radar Mods: Equip Animal Instinct (or Primed Animal Instinct) on your companion, or use Loot Detector / Thief's Wit on your Warframe. On the minimap, Kuria appear as a small container/resource icon. Scanner: Use the Synthesis Scanner (available for purchase from Cephalon Simaris). Unlike the standard scanner, it allows you to see Kuria highlighted through walls and obstacles. Recommended Warframes: Uriel, Loki, Ivara, or Wukong make the search much faster, allowing you to explore without being bothered by enemies, or to move rapidly—including vertically—using invisibility or flight-like abilities. Rewards for completion As you scan Kuria, you will unlock various items in your Codex as well as direct rewards: Progress Reward unlocked 25% (14 Kuria) Kuria Emblem for the Warframe's shoulder 50% (28 Kuria) Kuria Sigil for the Warframe's back/chest 75% (42 Kuria) Advanced Kuria Emblem 100% (56 Kuria) Decorative Kuria statue for the Orbiter The Story: The Poem of the Queens The unlocked poem is divided into four main sections. It recounts the birth of twin sisters during the Orokin era—identical in appearance, yet possessing opposing traits: one was brilliant but lacked any commanding presence, while the other was unable to speak but possessed a magnetic, compelling gaze. In the Orokin era, the birth of twins was considered a curse and an abomination. Despite this, the two sisters forged an unbreakable bond and a shared consciousness. During the Grineer rebellion—at a time when the Grineer served merely as a slave labor force of clones, the sisters took command, leveraging the intellect of one and the commanding presence of the other. They united the Grineer under a single banner and proclaimed themselves the Grineer Queens (the Worm Queen and the Twin Queen), establishing the empire that we face in the game today. Where to find them Kuria are found exclusively within Grineer tilesets: Galleon, Shipyard (Ceres), Settlement (Mars), Underwater Lab (Uranus), and Outpost (Earth).
